There is no simple answer. Your working speed, temperature, and humidity are vital components. We are currently working on an adhesive that works best for us and our working environment. Being in the midwest, my go to is a low humidity adhesive year round. Tips: 1) Drying slow = low humidity/low temp. Use a humidifier, increase temp 2) Drying fast = high humidity/high temp. Use a dehumidifier and decrease the temp of your work space. 3) Pop offs when you brush = your adhesive might be drying too quickly for your work speed; consider a slower dry time adhesive and check your environment. 4) The dreadful stickies = your adhesive is likely drying to slow; or your humidity might be really low, consider a faster dry time adhesive.

Definitely lash shampoo and accessories! Educate your clients on the importance of hygienic aftercare of lash extensions. Encourage them to wash their lashes at least once a day. Clean eyes/lashes = happy clients that can continue to be lashed. Washing with the appropriate lash cleanser will help improve retention. 50% the artist 50% the aftercare. Clients should get new cleaning brushes periodically. They are inexpensive and should be replaced. Lash wands are a big hit and come in covered tubes in so many fun styles. Clients love buying these because it keeps the wand safe from dust, hair and other debris and the wand is interchangeable so they can switch it out when they return for their next fill. Are your clients rinsing their lashes by cupping their hands? Eww I hope not; so messy! You should also carry small irrigation bottles. They're a perfect pairing for your lash kits. Fun stickers, silk pillow cases, oil free eyeliner, oil free hyaluronic acid, lash growth serum make for lash extensions are a few other great options for retail.
